Large‑Bore Hex Nuts are modified hex fasteners based on standard hex nut structures. The inner thread hole is enlarged within the hex outer dimension, designed for special assembly and equipment renovation scenarios. Manufactured referencing DIN934 and GB/T6170 structural standards, they are produced by precision machining or cold forming. These nuts are ideal when existing bolts have slight wear, minor diameter deviation or surface corrosion, eliminating the need to replace the original studs. Our factory supports customized inner bore tolerance, various materials and surface treatments, and provides flexible small-batch custom processing for machinery maintenance, engineering retrofitting and pipeline reconstruction projects.
