Metric Nylon Insert Lock Nuts are widely used anti‑loosening threaded fasteners manufactured according to DIN985, ISO10511 and GB/T 889.1 standards. The product embeds a non‑metallic nylon ring inside the nut body. When tightening with matched bolts, the nylon ring produces elastic interference against the external thread, forming stable friction resistance to prevent automatic loosening caused by vibration, alternating load and slight thermal expansion. Different from all‑metal lock nuts, this series features low assembly noise and will not damage bolt threads during repeated disassembly. Our factory adopts standardized cold forging production, maintains sufficient stock of full metric sizes, and supports diversified surface treatments, serving photovoltaic equipment, automotive assemblies and general machinery projects in Belt‑and‑Road countries.

It is not recommended for continuous high‑temperature environments above 120℃, where nylon material will soften and lose anti‑loosening function.

Every batch is inspected by thread go/no‑go gauge, dimensional measurement, locking torque test and salt spray test. We strictly check the tightness of nylon ring to avoid falling off during installation. Raw material test certificates are archived. Standard package: inner moisture‑proof PE bags + outer woven bags, palletized for sea shipment. Small orders can use cartons with customized shipping marks.
