Zinc Plated Hex Nuts are general-purpose threaded fasteners manufactured according to DIN934, ISO4032 and GB/T6170 standards. After cold forming and thread rolling, the carbon steel base material undergoes electro-galvanizing surface treatment to form a uniform zinc coating on the surface. Compared with hot-dip galvanized products, electro-galvanized nuts feature smooth surface, precise thread tolerance and lower overall cost.
