Blind rivet nuts (rivet nuts, threaded inserts) are single-side installed internally threaded fasteners manufactured in compliance with GB/T 17880.1 – GB/T 17880.6 standards. Made of high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy, the body is deformed by a rivet nut tool after insertion to form a permanent high-strength thread boss on thin or blind sheet metal, enabling reliable threaded connections where only one side of the workpiece is accessible. Available in flat head, countersunk, small head, 120° small head and hex head styles with open-end or closed-end bodies. Our factory keeps sufficient stock of metric coarse-thread sizes, multiple material and surface treatment options are available for anti-corrosion needs. Note: for thin or soft base materials, please confirm the recommended grip range and setting stroke; for coastal high-chloride environments, stainless steel 316 or Dacromet-coated rivet nuts are strongly recommended.

Each batch will go through thread go/no-go gauge inspection, dimensional tolerance check and hardness sampling test. Surface coating thickness test will be conducted for plated and Dacromet-coated products. Raw material composition can be checked via spectrum analysis. Mill test certificates and SGS third-party inspection reports can be provided upon bulk-order requests. All production complies with ISO9001 quality management standards.

Standard packing: inner moisture-proof PE bags + outer woven bags, palletized for sea shipment. Small-volume orders adopt carton packaging, custom shipping marks are acceptable.
